We have the rattling noises and a gym to work, but it was just presented to me which may be ready for "older baby" toys! What toys are other children that age who played with?

Do you have an excersaucer? Or a Jumperoo? She might enjoy those.

crinkly stuff, maybe in a blanket or stuffed animal. When you touch it, the soft fabric covers a crinkly fabric that totally will interest your little one. Also hang a toy from their fav seat and watch them learn to batt at it..then eventually grab, then eat, the throw. Fun for them, more fun for us :)

Until about 6 months there is not a lot out there except rattles and small hand toys. Have you tried taggies balls or blankets? They are toys with tag like ribbons that babies love. My daughter also loved toys with mirrors and toys that she could chew. Also the laugh and learn puppy was her best friend for months and I HIGHLY reccomend it. It has sounds pads so sensitive even lightly touching it will make it talk to your little one.
