My two guys enjoy these : but that’s not where I buy them from, so I don’t know if that store is good or not. I give them the beanie ball when I want some quiet time, for a couple hours. It took them like 3 weeks to get the treat out.

A toy to keep him entertained like one of them ones where you put the food in the ball and then he roles it around trying to get the food out. All dogs like food so i’d go with this toy.
I hope i helped!

tug type of toys. they have ones that look like tires with a rope around it and a handle for you to hold and play tug of war with your pet at most pet stores. and as sick as this sounds….the cat toy with the feather on the end to play keep away with, only i replaced the feather with a dog biscuit and made mine work for their treat.

They have a type of Kong out that is a large red rubber ball with a tug-o-war rope going through it. My dog loves it.
Also, they have skweeky stuffed animal type toys that smell like food. My dog has a bacon flavored toy. But it’s kind of gross and I won’t let him bring it inside.
There is also rubber bones that you can fill with cold water ..or u can just let him have it regular. It’s indestructibe…. I know they have it at my Walmart…

I’m not sure what are good toys but I know that tug-of-war type of chewy toys cause possessive aggression so don’t get that type

ALL dogs love rope toys. They love to play tug-o-war with you. When I play tug o war with my puppy it seems as if he starts liking me more too (following me around the house that sort of thing)

Have you tried “Tuffies”? They’re stuffed animals for dogs, but they’re meant to last longer than a typical stuffed toy…so you won’t find pieces of stuffing all over your floor two days after you gift it to your dog
There’s a ton of different Tuffies, and they’re super cute dog toys and have a squeaker inside, with a protective pouch around the squeaker around it to make sure it doesn’t come out.
My rather rambunctious black lab likes:
Octopus Tuffies:
Lobster Tuffie:

All dogs like to play, especially chase games but these are not necessarily the games you want them to play. Retrieving games are best, giving the dog lots of exercise, without necessarily exhausting you. Balls are good toys and attractive to dogs, but things that bounce erratically, like Kongs are better.
