    I don’t know about any sites that are specifically for this, but you may want to check out craigslist.com. There is a section for people giving away free items and they sometimes have boxes of old toys

    All you have to do is answer some surveys and things and they give you credit back
    once you recieve enough credit you can apply for some of the prizes they have there
